Zoey Breslar

Zoey Breslar is a senior leader with 25 years’ experience in international development and humanitarian assistance across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. She has proven team-building, senior management, and technical and strategic planning expertise. She has played a number of professional roles as donor, mentor, project manager, consultant, director, advisor, colleague, connecter, and advocate. She has a proven record in building diverse, cohesive, high-performing teams, and is a trusted advocate and ally for colleagues. Her technical and business development experience includes a wide range of sectors, most notably education, good governance, civil society strengthening, and organization development. She has worked with IRC since 2017, when she was Deputy Regional Director for West Africa until late 2021, and has been with the Global Surge Team since, supporting the East Africa region and CRRD.
